After taking the writing class taught by Professor Sherry Cheng for approximately a semester, I get some reflections in two aspects, including writing and Wix. First of all, I realize that I am still not good enough at writing. There are always mistakes for me to correct and disadvantages for me to improve. Even though I have been writing English compositions for many years since I was a junior high school student, I still need to keep practicing a lot more. Only by keeping working on writing consistently will make me a better writer. Secondly, I find it interesting and meaningful to create my own website, Wix. In fact, I considered it a waste of time in the beginning. However, I changed my view as soon as I got a sense of achievement when I saw my own website starting from nothing to something seemed okay. It is really hard to describe the feeling. Perhaps it is just like a mother watching her kid growing up from a baby or a gardener watching his roses blossoming from a seed. It is truly gratifying and magical. I am really contented and satisfied. Therefore, I can say this class really teaches me a lot!
